How can I place an order with Alpha supplies?
Simply use the navigation on every page of this website to choose from the 8000 products that we have available - or use the 'Search' field to find a product that you are familiar with. Select your fabric and finishes, and then add your quantity. Our site automatically creates your price including quantity discounts. When you are happy with your order, click add to basket to add your order to the shopping basket table on the right of each page. Either continue shopping, or click check-out when you are ready to create your order and send it to us.
We will contact you to complete payment and arrange delivery.
Can I buy with a credit card on this website?
At the moment we only accept orders from this site, and arrange for delivery and payment by telephone with you. This is both more secure and more in keeping with our principal of personal service for our customers. Payment can be made on account, by bank transfer or cheque. We hope to add credit card ordering very soon.

Can I see a sample before I buy?
If you would like to see our products please call our sales office and we will arrange for samples to be delivered to you. We would also be happy to send you a fabric card. Sample chairs and small tables can be delivered to your door for you to try before you buy. Sample fabrics, frames and materials for larger items can also be supplied in advance. Just call the office to arrange a “no obligation” visit from one of our expert team.
What materials are your chair and table frames made from?
All our hardwood frames are manufactured to the highest standards in the UK and use wood from sustained forests. Metal frames, in the main, are of 16swg steel and are available in a variety of hard-wearing finishes.
Are your measurements accurate?
Sizes are shown in metric and are as accurate as possible; however, slight variations may occur in manufacture.
Are the colours shown in the website accurate?
Colours may vary marginally from those indicated due to the limitations of the production and photography process. Ask to see a FREE tweed sample card for a true indication of fabric colours.
Are quantity discounts included?
Yes, quantity discounts are outlined in each price table.
What are your payment terms?
For new customers, we generally require payment with your order. Payment can be made on account, by bank transfer or cheque.
For confirmed existing customers, normal payment terms include settlement within 14 days of delivery.
What warranty do you provide?
Almost all of our furniture is covered by a full 3 year structural guarantee (assuming normal usage) unless otherwise stated. Education usage may affect our guarantees. Please call the sales team to discuss your exact products to find out more.
What is your delivery policy?
Whenever possible Alpha Supplies will deliver your futniture free of charge. However some circumstances may require a delivery charge. Delivery times are arranged in advance.
Are your prices accurate?
Current market forces and the business climate may mean that some prices will be subject to change from those indicated without prior notice.

All prices shown are exclusive of VAT, which will be added at the prevailing rate.
