At Alpha Furniture we feel we have an un-match level of help that we offer customers contemplating or starting a furniture project.
Here’s why:
Often we will look for your building online before chatting to you, as it will remind us of similar interiors we have previously helped with. It will also help us to be up to speed on whether it is a listed building or not (a determiner of the red tape you may be facing). It may show your old seating also, and we can usually advise on or arrange rehoming that too.
All of the above help us to give the best advice and ask the right questions when it comes to which chairs may or may not be suitable for your specific project.
We will ask more questions than most suppliers, e.g. What are you replacing and why? What is the hope for use of the space going forward? How frequently is the space cleared/hoped to be cleared or re-arranged going forward?
Whilst you are welcome to arrange to visit us here, many customers will request a free site visit, with sample chairs. We have even provided this in evening hours on occasion. Being on site means we can deliver sample chairs without limiting quantity or risking their damage. We can also meet with more of the team and see in situ your building with all of its potential, challenges, strengths and weaknesses.
When discussing potential sample chairs we will listen to your plans and ask the right questions, so that the list of potential samples agreed meets all the requirements and tick the same boxes. We will even make sure the samples agreed have the right option and type of finish where possible.
We will normally bring the sample chairs in person and leave them for a month or so, for which there is no charge. Fabric swatches are normally left with you at this stage also.
Of course, along the way we can help with advice on:
- selling the old seating
- applying for a Faculty
- trolleys and dolleys
- storage and stacking
- linking, book storage, arms, and floor protection
- fabrics
- frame colours
- tables
- altar furniture
- grants
- similar premises already with the product and relevant case shots
- references
- spares and more.
It is our foremost desire that no customer regrets the product they choose. Too many new enquiries we receive have had furniture in the past from suppliers who gave no advice and whose product ended up un-fit for purpose after a short number of years or merely months.
We will make sure all aspects have been considered at the point of ordering. We will then will keep in touch regarding a predictable delivery. On delivery, any carrier damage is of course immediately set to rectification.
Many of our products are gaining a ten year guarantee and top-up customers can simply quote the name of their church or building and have their order details confirmed in moments.
It is little wonder that more and more of our new enquiries than ever are coming through word of mouth.
