Description
This chair is a great alternative when seeking an all-wood, traditional church chair and for many reasons. It follows a traditional design, but offers optional book storage and a surprising level of comfort. It is normally finished in solid beech, though ash or oak can be specified. The chair can also be stained to suit other wooden items or features.
Reflecting the varied demands of the market, it comes with options for communion cup fitment, linking and arms. Chairs can be linked in curves or in straight rows. An armchair is also available. We have a padded seat version also. (The E4U).
These chairs are double mortise and tenon jointed and come with our notably long 6 year guarantee. PVC/felt feet can be specified to protect polished floors. As these are made to order items, there are several modifications that can be made (such as slatted solid beech seat), in order to tailor the chair to your specific needs – just call to enquire. Durability and aesthetics are the main driving forces behind the design and manufacture of these traditionally-styled all wood, church chairs. Lead-time is 5 weeks from the date of order.
