Alpha Furniture have always offered customers a free, no obligation sample chairs service. This is most often conducted face-to-face. Over the years Alpha have thought about a dedicated showroom, but have yet to have the need.
Given that we are able to bring a wide variety of chairs that can be discussed in situ, it is usually the case that meeting on site is simply more beneficial. As a matter of course, the sample chairs are left with customers for at least a month in order to have a full test and accumulate the necessary feedback. This service is free of charge, regardless of whether we acquire an order or not.
Our large range of stacking chairs, lightweight chairs, High Density stacking chairs, café chairs and more means that there is a product for every project. We can talk you through the range, based on your priorities, or you may be drawn to one or two chairs immediately. We look forward to helping you out, either way.
Sometimes it’s the case that the type of chair required is yet to be decided, and we welcome folk who’d still like to arrange a visit to us. This makes it easier for a committee to view a wider range of what’s on offer. Samples can then be taken away on the day. Alternatively a shopping list can be drawn up, for sample chairs to be dropped off a week or two later. This is often a great way to begin the chair research journey.
We have free onsite parking available, but do request that appointments are made in advance.
